Shipping
Most orders are delivered by UPS within 3-7 Days of ordering. Look under ‘Shipping’ on the item page to see if delivery time is different for a specific item. Tracking is provided as soon as possible once a shipment is made.
Organic Mechanic ships Worldwide! (except to North Korea, Sudan, Cuba, Libya, Myanmar, Iran, & Iraq.) Your country may charge additional duties or fees to receive items.
Sometimes backorders occur for unforeseen reasons which may delay delivery. OM will always contact you with shipping updates and options if so.
Returns
All unused items may be returned within 30 days, unless otherwise specified on the item description. Used or damaged items may be returned according to the terms their warranty, detailed on the item description.
Paying
You can pay for items through Paypal or Google Checkout, and either service accepts any debit, credit card, or e-check/bank transfer to complete purchases. These services are fast, secure, and reliable!
